These Terms of Use govern your access to labsintelligence.ai, the website of Labsintelligence — the artificial intelligence and machine intelligence lab of Labs Companies, Inc. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

The experience

This site lets you converse with LabsAI by voice or text. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for general information about Labsintelligence and the family of Labs. Responses may be imperfect, incomplete, or out of date, and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, nor any commitment, offer, or representation by Labs.

Conversations

Do not submit sensitive personal information in conversations. Voice audio — and, only if you enable them, camera and screen-share frames — are processed in real time to generate responses; conversation content may be processed by third-party AI model and voice providers on our behalf. Any recording feature runs in your browser and produces a file on your own device. Do not use the experience to attempt to extract confidential information, probe restricted content, or interfere with the service, and do not enable your camera or screen where doing so would capture other people or confidential material without their agreement.

Intellectual property

Labsintelligence, LabsAI, LAIMA, LaLaMo, LaMimo, Lasamo, YuhmmyAI, Tasteintelligence, and related names, marks, models and content are the property of Labs and its affiliated entities. No license is granted by your use of this site.

Research status

Models, systems and architectures described on this site are in research and development. Descriptions reflect intent and direction, not released products or guarantees of availability.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated bulk access, or abuse of conversational endpoints.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or rate limits.
• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing use.

Prohibited content and conduct

LabsAI is built to be safe for everyone who uses it. The following are strictly prohibited — whether typed or spoken, and whether framed as a real request, a hypothetical, fiction, roleplay, research, or a test. LabsAI is designed to refuse them, and will not search for, open, generate, describe or discuss such material:

• Any sexual content involving minors. This includes fictional, illustrated, described or “aged‑up” depictions. There is no permitted form of this, and no framing that makes it acceptable.
• Sexual violence — rape, coercion or sexual assault as instruction, encouragement, fantasy or erotic material.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material — requesting it, generating it, roleplaying it, or asking LabsAI to search for, open or recommend adult content.
• Hate speech and discrimination — slurs, dehumanizing content, harassment, or material that demeans people on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or any other protected characteristic.
• Terrorism and violent extremism — promoting, glorifying, planning, financing or recruiting for acts of terror or violent extremist organizations.
• Weapons and mass harm — instructions or assistance for explosives, firearms manufacture or untraceable weapons, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear agents.
• Human trafficking, child exploitation, and the sale or exploitation of people.
• Other illegal activity — operational help with hacking, fraud, money laundering, forgery, illegal drug manufacture or acquisition, stalking, doxxing, or threats or violence directed at any person.
• Circumvention — attempting to jailbreak, prompt‑inject, or otherwise induce LabsAI to produce any of the above, including through instructions hidden in web pages, images, documents or shared screens.

These limits are enforced in the product itself, not merely stated here: prohibited requests are refused, and prohibited searches and page retrievals are blocked before they run. Studying, teaching, reporting on or defending against these subjects remains entirely legitimate, and LabsAI will engage with them in that spirit — what it will not do is participate in the harm.

We may suspend or block access, and where required report activity to the appropriate authorities, in response to violations — particularly any conduct involving the exploitation of children or credible threats of violence. If LabsAI produces something that appears to violate these standards, please tell us at info@labsintelligence.ai.

The site and LabsAI are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice; you are responsible for how you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labs Companies, Inc. and its affiliates, and their officers, employees and providers, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or LabsAI. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not otherwise subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any additional terms that apply to specific Labs services, including LabsAI Studio.

Age

This experience is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to use it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
